I came here three times during quarantine and was so blown away by the quality, that I've been suggesting this place to people... ever since. Today I went back for the first time, and I can't believe I've been sending people to this restaurant. 30 bucks for11 TINY pieces of sashimi. They weren't even sure if they served sashimi when I ordered it, and if I hadn't have asked to sitdown, they would have left me standing the whole time. Today I ordered 5 rolls and I have to say I?ve found my new favorite sushi place. All the ingredients were fresh and delicious.... The only reason I didn?t give 5 stars was because I specified no spicy mayo on any of my rolls because of a food allergy andthey still put it on my Rogue roll but next time I?ll make sure I check my food but other than that I loved it. Tried this location for the first time and absolutely LOVED it! The jalapeno poppers with the spicy tuna was delicious! Also a... big big fan of the tempura shrimp and miso soup! Will absolutely be coming back here every time we want sushi! 10/10 recommend! Read more
I was going to take a picture at the start but once we tasted the food we couldn?t stop. Their house made salad dressing was top... notch. We had the following: Carlsbad, Black Widow, The Dungeness, Merry Go Round, and California Rolls. Rachel (our server) wasvery attentive and answered all our questions and we had many. We had house Hot Sake which was really good and let?s not forgettheir house made soy sauce was really good. Atmosphere was like a coffee shop and that?s the only reason we didn?t give a 5star. An amazing find. While working in Grants my wife and I decided to try Ahi Sushi. Place was very friendly and attentive. Staff... was in a great mood. And despite being slightly understaffed food came out quickly and was photo worthy. Extremely fresh. Woulddefinitely recommend and this is now my Grants Pass stop for sushi. Read more
Celebrating the reopening of restaurant...this was a great place to start. The sake cocktails were fantastic!! Must try. The... oysters were good...at 3/$9 we probably wouldn?t get them again. The rolls were wonderful. The two deep fried were a bit pricierwith less pieces. We still want to try the black widow. They also had specials that looked great.
