Ordered and paid for an Apple Pie for my family to pick up as a Thanksgiving Gift, but when my sister called to pick it up they... told her they did not have a pie for her. I called and after a lot of "finding out what happened" they told me " they sold thepie I ordered" and paid for. They then told me they could give my sister a frozen pie at a discount. My sister said she pickedup a Frozen Cherry Pie, because they didn't have apple, and no discount. They didn't even offer her an apology. Their Turkeyssell at $5/lbs. I order free range local turkeys at $2.49/lb. Seems to me $$ is more important than costumer service and servingthe community they live. Not Gods way, in my opinion. I will never order from here again, which is sad because I love sendinglocal baked goods to family members. See the owners response below, again, no apology. Read more
