UPDATE:: had burgers and fries with boneless chicken wings, it was delicious, however it would have been great if the girl... working the bar could have made the or figured out how to ring up the drink, we had came to Applebee's to have drinks and shewas able to make it or figure out how to ring it up...Janiah was our bartender..... Been to better Applebee's. This location does not seem to care if food is hot or fresh. The place isn't the cleanest. ... Dustin was a great server though. He made everything right after it was all wrong. Read more
Had an awful experience here a few years back. We were seated at the wrong section where there wasn't a server working and the... server working the section next to ours even though she could clearly see we haven't been helped didn't even bother to help us.After we asked her where our server was she said she didn't know she wasn't working that section and she couldn't serve us asshe was going home soon. Finally she served us and it took like 10 minutes just to get our drink order. Then our food tookanother 45 minutes. We told the manager at the time and she acted like she didn't even care and tried sticking up for heremployees. Will not be back. Sad for Granite why people don't go to local places because the service sucks and it's not lack ofworkers. Its bad we have to drive to Edwardsville for decent food and then places here end up closing due to no business. Read more
My granddaughter hand me have been getting Applebee's steak and shrimp dinners for a long time. We have never had our steak or... shrimp made other than the way that we ordered it. Applebee's has very good food, every time we order, and we have NEVER got abad meal! We always get take out orders, and the people that bring us our food are always cheerful and friendly. ?We highlyrecommend Applebee's to anyone who wants a good meal!????? Read more
It was really good! I got the double crunch shrimp for my entree and that was good. My friend and I shared the new loaded waffle... fries which were delicious! She also ordered the new powdered donut holes which were also delicious. They're served warm withwarm caramel sauce and chocolate syrup on the side for dipping. They make a powdery mess but are very tasty! We had a good timeat this location. Read more

Took my student who is from another country, he wanted to try something different so got the ribs, after getting to table with... them we asked if they were pork or beef, waitress didn't know, manager came and asked what problem was and asked again, toldpork, because of religion he doesn't eat pork, so the manager asked what he would want or if he wanted the menu, the managercame back about threw the menu at him, after the meal the waitress threw the check at me as running saying pay as you like,after card taken to pay I asked for a to go cup, waited 15- 20 min before another waitress asked if she could help, what iswrong with customer service especially in a business that depends on customer service!!!!
