As an employee here, generally we close at 8:30 due to there only being two people there and the general lack of business... between 8-9 to stay open especially because it's a rural area. There's also the part of running out of ingredients for people asit's usually to busy to make more of it, or the ingredients such as meats are frozen. We prep on estimated amounts needed forthe day. 2 different, terrible experiences here. Hours say open to 930pm, order online at 8pm, stop in at 830pm. Both times closed

Absolute garbage service I wish I could pick negative stars I ordered online went to pick up my order and the doors were locked... an hour early I sat outside starting at the two working inside wouldn't answer the phone finally after pounding on the door hardenough they heard me and gave me a disgusted look they let in and I payed for my food as I received lame excuses for theirservice(I'm guessing in hopes I didn't call mgmt ) only to get home to find they screwed up half of my order.... This happenedto me about a month ago and I decided to let it go until today I tried calling to place an order two hours before closing and itrang for two minutes with no answer I have never been so dissatisfied with any restaurant in my life highly recommend you picksomewhere else to eat I hope they find better employees because the two teenagers I encountered were not customer servicematerial whatsoever Read more
Supposedly close at 9 pm but lock the door when they decide it's late enough. 8:35 pm doors locked call them and they said... they had been busy and needed extra time to clean. Sorry but if you advertise you are open until 9 you should be open until 9. Great way to run off repeat local business. Thank you Pizza Factory for taking our business, enjoy the tip extra tip.
