Fresh and delicious, friendly staff, clean atmosphere- the menu is huge so if you can't find something you like that's on you!
It was ok. I mean I probably won't ever go back. The salad bar wasn't kept up, and the lettuce was old. Toppings for my salad I... had to scrape the bottom of the container to get any. It wasn't very busy so that wasn't the issue. The service was pleasant sothat was a plus. The prices were high, too high for my liking. Read more

Great home town pizza joint. Friendly and helpful staff. Pizza is great!! I would say traditional style crust, somewhat puffy... and teary / chewy. Sauce is good, toppings are generous. We ordered 3 pizzas for our crew of 5. 1 mini for one in our group thatcant have cheese. 1 medium cheese, 1 large 3 toppings. We left with 5 extra slices. They also have a nice little game room. Wedid not have time for games so I can't comment on the price / value of the game room. But they also have a small prize cabinet.Kids got excited about that. They have a coca cola freestyle machine -- lots of soft drink options!! Service time was veryquick. I was expecting 20-30 mins but we had our food in 12 mins or less. Looking forward to next visit!! Contrary to some of the other reviews on this place (which, of course, experiences can be, and often are, different for... everyone), I've had absolutely zero negative issues with Pizza Factory in Grangeville. We order or dine-in probably once ortwice a month, including roughly two weeks ago. I've yet to see the salad bar look bad, and their pizzas have always been onpoint for me. We usually spend anywhere from $30-$70 depending on whether or not my kids are here with me, but regardless, myexperience has always been the same. Definitely a touch on the pricy side, but it's small-town Idaho...some things are going tobe more expensive out here than, say, Boise or Spokane. So, I really can't complain about that. The pizzas are great, thesalads have always been, for me, excellent...and my toddler can't help but nom down on the boneless chicken.
