This used to be our family?s absolute FAVORITE go to pizza place for a decade. Now it?s abhorrent. Clearly not the same with the... new owner. Should be ashamed for keeping the Bruno name really. Tonight I was wondering if it was Papa Murphys since it wasn?tcooked nearly enough. The only reason I gave a 1 star is watching the kids working back there was like watching the keystonecops and gave me a chuckle even though it was sad remembering how it used to be just a couple years ago. We ordered thin crust and it was regular that was still doughy, undercooked. It was missing 1 of the toppings. None of the... employees at Brunos?s greeted us and asked if we were there to order or pick up. They seemed put out to have to get our pizzafor us. Seemed very disorganized? I have been ordering Pizza from Bruno?s in Granger for years now, never had any issues up until the last year. The last 3 times... I have had bad experiences. The first time I ordered carry out, when I got home the pizza was completely burnt. I tried callingand No one answered, I even left a voicemail and never received a call back from the manager. The second time I ordered pizzathey quoted me 30 minutes, I arrived 5 minutes late and they didn?t even have my pizza in the oven so I had to wait an extra 15minutes. This evening I ordered pizza and the Philly sandwich for the first time. It looked delicious online. When I arrived forcarry out, there was 5 employees working, three of them were sitting on their phones. My pizza was done but they hadn?t startedon my sandwich yet. Therefor I had to wait another 10 minutes. By the time I got home our pizza was cold and the sandwich was sosloppy put together. There was barely any meat on it, all I could taste was bread. Overall I am very disappointed in my previousexperiences with them, as a frequent customer I will be ordering pizza from somewhere else from now on.. Read more
Service was okay. But the food was absolutely gross & a huge rip off. The pizza was huge but the sauce was like unseasoned... tomato paste. And the ?pepperoni bread sticks? were horrible. Won?t be coming back. Read more
Tried to order by phone. Put on hold and nobody picked up. Ordered on-line and was charged $1.50 for convenience fee. I thought... it was for there convenience. Got there to pick up and they hadn't started it yet. Said it would be 15 min before they couldstart it. Asked to cancel it and get a credit on the card. They couldn't do that either. I was told to call the on linecompany. Why would you take orders if you can't fill them. Time to order somewhere else. Read more
