Worst Applebee's I've ever been to. The table was sticky with hair stuck to the ketchup holder. The service was ridiculously... slow. They forgot our water twice and never brought our long island ice tea. Ordered a well done burger that was medium rare.Then we had to wait all over again to get the burger. My son didn't even want it by the time it came because everyone else wasdone eating. They only had vanilla shakes and brought ours with no straws. We had to ask two other waitresses to get straws. Themanager that brought our new food was nice but they still charged us for the messed up late food. If zero stars was an optionthey would get that and we love other Applebee's restaurants. Read more
There was a sign on the door and it was fine to us when we came in. There were only two servers so it would be a little wait. We... were okay with that. After waiting 30 minutes, a manager came over to us and told us that the kitchen would be closing soon andsuggested that we leave. This should have been communicated to us when we arrived not after we waited 30 minutes. Read more
This particular establishment made our group of 7 adults and one child feel as though we were a burden to have walk into their... establishment. Took our name however was extremely vague on a time to get us seated. The guests behind us they wouldn't eventake their names which was even worse. All 10 of us ( 2 different parties) went to different places for dinner. If they wereshort staffed all they had to do was say so we would have understood. We did however find a nice place with two servers whoaccommodated us, treated us kindly and who were left generous size tips for being kind humans. Read more
My husband and I came here last Saturday for a late lunch. We were seated right away, with no menus or drink order taken.... Watched 3 waitresses walk past us and not one acknowledged we were there. Waited 10 minutes with no one coming to our table toonly listen to 2 waitresses argue over who was going to wait on us. Neither of them even came over. So, we got up to leave andhad another waitress put her hand up in front of me and say, " Wait, sit down, I was getting ready to come wait on you!" I toldher we were going somewhere else who appreciated our business and didn't treat us like it was an inconvenience to wait on us.Will not be back! Read more
Have ordered multiple times in the last few months using the app to do carry out. Would like for our order to be 100% accurate... at least one time. Missing fries and bread sticks tonight, last time it was salad dressing, the time before was coleslaw. Ithink I've learned my lesson and will take my business elsewhere. Read more
I got here at around 5:15 and two families were in front of us. Hostess never even came over to add us to the list. Several... other parties came in and the hostess finally showed up 15 minutes later and adds us to the list with a few others. Thenpromptly seats a family that literally just walked in bypassing all of us who've been there almost 30 minutes. My fiance triedto talk me out of this location and to go somewhere else but I said let's give them a chance. The worst part of the wait wasthe hostess is stuck on 15-20 minute mode. She kept telling every family coming in 15-20 minutes when most of us had been therenearly 40 and it wasn't even that busy one lady actually said "don't you mean 30-40 minutes" at one point which was extremelyaccurate. I give credit to that family's children. Through all of the ordeal they were the most well behaved and patient out ofall of us. But I digress. Finally we got seated and placed our orders. 40 minutes we waited on our food and when it cameout...only the steak and my daughters fries were edible. Broccoli so overcooked it was limp and tasted watery and gross. Mashedpotatoes...waaay to over salted plus my daughters chicken tenders were so overcooked they were practically drier than the GobiDesert. We went on a Friday night and expected a wait, but this was ridiculous. The hostess was extremely rude, telling us that it was... a 45 minute wait. We watched 13 tables leave and only 1 table was seated. The hostess said they got too many carry out ordersand were not seating people. After an hour we finally got a table, then things improved dramatically. Our server wasexceptional, prompt with drinks and food. She even replaced the stale chips from my appetizer. They cooked the stuff correctly. The chicken was the biggest reason for the 4 star. It is a big fail if it sticks to the teeth,... and that didn't happen. The wait staff was good, this time.
