The food is good. I get my usual the turkey avocado but the reason for my review so low is due to the lady who was having a... rough day clearly and asked me if I wanted mayo and I had said no mayo and ended up putting mayo on. And I had asked for onionand came out onion less.. I did repeat myself. If your having a rough day I get it we all do. But try and change your outlookwhen dealing with customers. Read more
8/27 whoever the girl was starting orders in the beginning was absolutely so nice! I had never been to potbelly before and she... was so kind to me and helped me through everything with grace, even after realizing how the process was actually quite easy, shewas still super nice. Just visited one in Lombard Illinois a couple days ago (first time trying PB)and had the farmers salad. It was soo good I had to... go to the one when I returned home. My hubby went in for me and said that the staff was ?extremely friendly ? Iam BIG oncustomer service so when we receive exceptional service it?s much appreciated! Read more
First time here, and it wasn?t a very good experience. My order was messed up. I don?t like conflict so I was to nervous to... speak up about it. Really wish I could get it replaced or something. I really wanted to give this place a fair opportunitybecause I?ve heard so many positive things about this restaurant. My boyfriend and I had never had Potbelly before, and yesterday was the first time. The food was great, but the customer... service.. not so much. After we paid, we got our drink cups and received my sandwich but not my boyfriends yet. We were about towalk over to fill up our drinks when one of the employees said ?Toppings are over here? in a rude tone (mind you this was ourfirst time in and assumed that the sandwich he ordered came with the ingredients that were on the menu lol). If you don?t likebeing kind to customers that are paying for food at your place of employment, don?t work in customer service. Read more
Was pretty good, a little expensive for the portion size.
Usually like this place but today was an exception. Placed my order online when I was at work (25 minute drive). The staff... didn't realize I had an order until I got there. After I got my order and got home I opened the bag and they messed up my order.They usually don't make these mistakes and I like the place but this time was a total disappointment. Read more
