Do not order mobile orders from here durning peak meal hours, and if you do then make sure to check while you?re still at the... place. Waited almost 15 minutes after my scheduled pick up time, which I understood they were busy and pushing their line ofinside orders. Was happy to see my order was ready. Felt like it had both the bowls I order and the sides of sour cream! Once Igot home, I realized that they did not include the tomatoes or fajitas I had placed on my mobile order! A bit disappointed bythat? but the kicker was, I drove 5 minutes to get home and all my food was stone cold? Not only did I wait longer than Ithought, they missed ingredients and my food was cold :( Read more

Gross!!! Dirty towels on the floor of the dining room. Not a single empty table is clean for the next patron. The dining room... trash cans are overflowing. The open prep and food assembly line are always messy. This place is disgustingly dirty on a dailybasis. These pictures are not an off day. It looks like this every single day. They need more help for such a busy location. Whoever owns this franchise has no business owning a chipotle. Thanks for the auto reply chipotle. When are you going to dosomething about this? Every Chipotle is extremely slow with orders over the app. It's 20 minutes late and I'm still waiting. There's 2 customers and... plenty of people working. They aren't just standing around either. It's extremely slow. Why the wait? All Chipotles are thesame. There's no reason why. Update 1: No one in line but 7 people waiting on app orders. It's been almost half an hourwait. Why??? Update 2: Just over half an hour late. They could have easily made the orders in the front, but they had to makeit in the back for some reason. So many people doing stuff but not making food. For the third time this location was out of product..this time fajitas. Also ordered large guac and chips. The picture is how... many chips I got for a large guac. Even smaller than reg size chips.the food I did get was delicious tho. At this location lastvisit all I got was rice and half portion of meat because that is all they had. I paid the same price as always. This locationmay be great hence why our of food but to not discount or not charge extra for guac, to pay 9 for a bowl of rice and a7 piecesof steak is ridiculous. Made an online order an hour before pick up and when I got to the store it wasn?t ready. The guy working the register was very... nice said they were making it. But when the girl brought out the bag after I waited 15 minutes she was very rude. She acted likeI was putting her out to do her job. Then when I got my food the taste was not very good and the size of the burrito was abouthalf of what it was a year ago. Also while I was in the store waiting it looked very dirty and the supplies for the drinks andutensils were very messy. Waited almost 20 minutes for an online order, which is fine. It happens. But the order was missing literally 1/3 of the... ingredients (no mild tomato salsa, no sour cream, no fajitas, no medium green salsa) and if that's extra lettuce, I suppose youusually get 4 shreds here. Learned my lesson, not going back to this location. They were also out of tortillas and upon askingit had, according to them, nothing to do with the supply chain shortages, so bad management then. I ran into missing ingredients that I wanted, getting an extra amount of an ingredient I didn't ask for double of, and was... charged twice for my order. Plus played bumper cars in their mini parking lot with 6 parking spaces. It's easily the worstChipotle in Central Ohio. I submitted to them directly and nothing happened.
