I gave the rating because no matter how much i like their food i can not understand how they could consistently miss items I've... ordered. They'll have it all on the screen but not in the bags. This should be easy to at least make it something that rarelyhappens but alas it happens more than 50%of the time. Doesn't matter drive thru or inside it seems the missing of items is nonbiased at least in its presence. Love the food though. Read more

Just the worst Mcdonald's I've ever been to. I've got numerous orders wrong which has always been small things but still a... nuisance. Although most of the staff is nice, they can be very slow even with just a few customers. My worst experiences howeverhave come from trying to complete door dash orders. In sunnyside, the order is ready almost always as soon as I walk in thedoor. But in Grandview, I haven't once come in for a door dash order and have it gone smoothly. Twice they didn't even noticethey had a door dash order until after I'd arrived. On one occasion I had to wait in the store for 20 minutes for a small orderto be finished. Wasting me and my customer's time and losing me money on other potential orders. Read more
WARNING!!!! DO not eat at this Mcdonald. First, my husband found plastic in his quarter pounder. Second, the meat was still... blood red in the center. The staff and manage are completely incompetent PLUS long wait times. Waited 38 minutes for breakfastdon't get stuck in at this McDonald's if your in a hurry to get to work. Read more
They mess up even the simplest orders, constantly, since the place opened. You CANNOT expect your order to contain everything... you paid for here. I wonder how much inventory gets paid for multiple times before it actually goes out the window. I wouldclick zero or even negative stars if it let me. Read more

Customer service was great, didn?t wait long for my order. Except they forgot my kids drink on the happy meal, the bread on my... burger was hard and tasted old, the fries tasted old as well. Not impressed. Read more
