Went through the drive thru. Waited for 15 minutes after paying and getting drinks before they came back and said they were out... of bacon and asked if it was ok if one of my sandwiches didn't have any. I said yes because I already paid and have beenwaiting. Get home and all three sandwiches were missing bacon and the baconator fries. It was all cold. Two of the sandwicheswere totally wrong. Just crazy. Oh and to top it off they didn't give me a receipt. Read more

Order was right but took forever! I was the only person in the lobby and there were only two cars in drive-thru and it still... took 9 minutes to get a burger and chili.???? Read more

I was there on 10/7/22. Went inside because drive thru was packed. I waited for over 30 minutes and did not receive my extras... on my burger but did get what I said I didn?t want in my burgers. But the most shocking was the burnt hamburger patties on bothof the sandwiches ordered. I immediately asked for a refund. Also, someone came in from the drive thru complaining of burnthamburger patties also. The cashier and manager both had a don?t care attitude. I went home hungry no apologizes was made bythe manager and nothing was offered for just waiting. Terrible. I live close but won?t try them again. Also, no hairnets wornby all workers. Read more

This location has multiple issues. From their credit card machine not working to poor customer service. I tried to go here for... lunch. Started ordering from the drive thru after I was greeted. I was interrupted before I could finish. She asked me to wait,which is fine. So I wait for several minutes and finally I just left. I'm done with this location. We will never come back. Read more

Very rude. When asked if they could do 2 separate orders thru the drive thru they said no. Which would usually be fine however... they usually do take multiple orders. When asked since when they don't take them the lady said since right now your holding upthe line order or move on. There was no one in line behind me. I moved on. That kind of customer service doesn't get mybusiness. Read more

The new hot honey chicken sandwich had been great at every Wendy's I've tried it at so far. Try it with homestyle chicken... instead of the spicy chicken, you won't be sorry!! Way to go! Read more

I understand inflation and staff shortages but why did I get charged full price for 10 piece and then have nuggets that were not... even half sized? Never seen this before. Everytime I visit this location something always comes out wrong. Read more

WHY DO THEY KEEP CLOSING SUPER EARLY THAN WHEN THEY ARE SUPPOSED TO? It is 7:10pm and the doors are locked and can't go... inside!? This is rediculous and entirely too early. Can someone please explain this. I just want to be able to enter thefacility and purchase some food, the drive thru lines are long and consume so much of my gas than what I intended for to get aquick meal. This needs to be fixed, but locking the doors at 7pm?!?? Come.on now, yeah I know it may appear more dark outsidedue to the time of year, but seriously they need to stop taking advantage of that and keep the doors open at least until 8:30 or9:00 pm.
