This is the worst Starbucks I have experienced I?m a pregnant women and was carving a coffee. The staff was really rude ignore... the things I told them to add and when I try to explain to the cashier he spoke to me so rude and started to scream at meinfront of everyone that was a horrible and embarrassing thing I had to go through. There was only one girl working at 8am. It was very busy and she did great. Another girl showed up while I was waiting and a... lady in line behind me wqw served before me. Also a customer was trying to tell them they were doing a great job and theytotally ignored her. ???? Read more

Ordered a drink on Wednesday, got to the car and realized it was the wrong beverage after leaving, called and Price Chopper... answered the phone and put me on hold, not sure if it was a Price Chopper employee or a Starbucks employee I talked with afterthat, whoever it was, what's a nice sounding lady and told me to come back in at my convenience and my drink would be remade. Iwent back today and told the guy working at Starbucks what had happened, and he would not honor it. I asked to talk with amanager, and a PriceChopper manager named Torrrie came to talk with me, she would not honor it either, saying that no one toldher about it. Obviously frustrated and disappointed at the lack of customer service I asked for her name and the guy's name whowas working at Starbucks so I could write a review on them. Torrie immediately got defensive and told me I needed to leave. Iturned and asked the guy working at Starbucks what his name was, and Torrie yelled at security and said I was harassingpeople. The security guy was nice enough, and seemingly understandable about the situation. I left, and won't ever be back, andhope this review sheds light on the lack of customer service by PriceChopper managers and Starbucks employees. Read more

Ordered their holiday special frappe the Peppermint Mocha and a Ham and Swiss croissant. The barrista asked me to clarify if I... wanted a sandwich or a croissant. I clarified I only wanted the ham and Swiss croissant and pointed at it. They gave me thesandwich, which was stale, cold and hard and then gave me an iced latte. I was blamed for the wrong order because apparentlythey get to decide what you're going to get even if you order something different? No apologies at all. Won't be going back.I'll go to Belton next time. First time I've ever had an issue with a Starbucks. Read more
