I placed an order on the app and was still 15 minutes late picking it up on purpose because they are super slow here. I pulled... up, oremy stall number in and literally watched cars pull into the drive thru and stalls after me but go their food before me. Iwaited 30 minutes and then when I seen someone come out l, I said excuse me to get the guys attention and he looked me dead inmy face and walked off. I got out the car, went up to the door and told them my order, they said ok. The guy came out with 3other people order still before mine before I ever got my food. Won't be going here again Read more
Literally the slowest, worst fast food experience I have ever had. As someone who has worked in fast food before, I have no idea... how they can be this bad. It's actually funny how terrible the service is. Read more
I would never go back to Sonic in Grandview mo. I order a single cheese Burger I was the only one in line. It took 30 min to... receive my food. I thinking because they took so long my food would be fresh. My Burger bread was hard and my onions ring wasold and hard. They had five workers and the only one that was working hard was the mexican lady. The black workers wasn't doingnothing but watching. This place is terrible and need to be shut down. Read more
They asked me to wait and they would be back to take my order. Didn't happen, so pressed button again. They were just laughing... like "whoops". Ordered four things, got two. Asked to speak to manager. He came out talking on phone. I asked if he was onthe phone and he said no. Told him my complaint, and he said he'd have the two items right out, and then continued to talk onphone. We watched as other cars were served. Finally our's came out.
