I am working in the area from out of town. I work very early and need some coffee. I was happy to see this location was 24... hours so I could stop by in the morning and get what I needed. So 4 times in the past 2 weeks I was told at the drive thru thatthey couldn?t take any orders because the computer was down. It happened this morning 11/30/22. It was 5:03 and he said wecan?t take orders until 5:00. When I said it was already past 5, he said they should be back up by 6. Not sure if the owner isaware that this is a frequent occurrence. So basically staff is on the clock but nothing can be sold for an hour plus. Read more
I have been going here for Bfast 5 days aweek. Over the past 2 months many issue have come up. Wrong orders to system down and... they can only take Cash. It is a sad state when a simple order of coffee and a sandwich is more than they can get done. Most ofthe issus I see are computer issues. My advice fix your problems or your clients will find a better place to pickup some Bfast. Read more
Where to begin? Ordered for a family of 6 through the drive thru. Get home only to find out we are missing multiple items. Call... in, talk with manager, and get the missing items bagged for us to come back and get them. (Manager was extremely rude.) Get themissing items. Oh wait. No we didn't. Still missing items. No to mention McRib sandwich with no BBQ sauce. Half full fry.Ordered ketchup only Cheesburger, cane with everything. WILL NOT BE GOING BACK TO THIS LOCATION. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THISLOCATION. I ordered from here two nights ago. We'll, I had to drive back up there because on my big Mac, the top patty was hanging half... way off the sandwich and the bottom patty was torn up as if someone ripped it in pieces. Why is management not doing anythingabout this type of service. How many other customers are getting this type of sh@#y service. Read more

I waited at the curbside longer than usual. My child wanted the 2- cheeseburger meal and niether one of his sandwiches had... cheese. But, everything was hot. And the young man who brought our food out was very polite. Read more
Today I had another 5 ???? visit. I'm seldom in a rush, and get to enjoy my meal while the kids play. There is a new sign... encouraging customers to fill out the mcdvoice review on the receipt. If you do they'll reward you with a free dessert! 4months ago: The manager Chris greeted us and took our order with a smile. He was very polite. My kid's happy meals came outquick. I did a separate app order for myself to take advantage of the deals. My order came up quick and Chris offered to bringit to our table in the playground. The restaurant is clean. Another manager tidied up the playground area. I like the fact thatthey have a restroom in the playground area so I can keep a eye on one while the other is inside. Our meal was delicious and abargain. My boys had fun on the playground and with the game systems. We'll be back often after school! Read more
