Whoever was running the counter on this day- she is an employee whom I hope is treated well. Although assertive, she was polite... and worked quickly. She ran the front counter, fulfilled orders, and handled drive thru ordering like a real boss. This placewould probably not function well without her. Read more
Chicken greasy and half cooked. Received 2quarts of mash potatoes and 2 pints of gravy. Instead of mash potatoes an cold slaw.... Very disappointed. Will not spend another $25 with them. Read more
The service was very rude. We got a bucket and was supose to get 3 sides and she rudely told me it only came with 2 when clearly... on the sign in bold black letters said 3. When we got our food it was just thrown into the bag and the chicken looked like ithad been setting for a little bit. We got 2 sides and no silver wear to eat it with and no napkins not even one. When I placed the order in drive thru today 5/1/22, the lady was very rude and act like she didn?t want to take our order. When... we pulled to the window, we proceeded to tell her she didn?t ask if we wanted original or crispy and she said it?s original andshoved us our food. We didn?t get no receipt when we paid. We got home and we find small pieces of chicken in our bucket weordered. We ordered a family meal and we had items that were missing. We tried calling the restaurant 4 times and no oneanswered. I don?t care what anyone says! I work right next door & I come here frequently for lunch. My food is always fresh the service is... fast quick & the customer service is phenomenal! It?s never a line best hour lunch around! Keep up the good work! Read more

Almost EVERYTIME I visit KFC I order their 5-piece SPICY tenders. Unfortunately they almost NEVER give you enough spicy sauce or... the pickles that go with the meal. And, it seems, as of late, the SPICINESS has been DECEASED. I ask myself, WHY do I continueto patronize this establishment?
