I ordered on my app got there and waited 10 minutes for someone to help at the counter. My food was cold the fries were cold... don't know if i will be going there anymore. The manager was being rude to everyone that came in. Read more

Go in the drive-through two hours after they were supposed to open and evidently nobody wanted to work. Sat in the window for 15... minutes. Would not recommend going for any reason. Read more

We love this Burger King, the employees are always super helpful, and if there's a problem they've always been very calm and... gracious about fixing it. We use coupons sometimes and it's never caused an issue at this location. I am putting 4 stars,because I hope a higher-up will click on it out of curiosity. The only problem with this location is that it is oftenunderstaffed. The employees do an admirable job of handling it, and are always as fast and attentive as possible, but we canoften see that there are only two or three people staffing the entire restaurant, even when the dining area is open. BK HQ needsto support this location better. The fact that they're doing well doesn't mean they don't need support, eventually the peoplewho are making this location great will burn out and/or leave. Everytime I come here it's always something. My last visit was enough. Their manager Antonio is not only rude but... unprofessional. If your looking for fast and great service I definitely wouldn't recommend this place. Read more

Service leaves a lot to be desired. Both cashiers were dealing with drive-thru orders while another gentleman and myself... waited for over 5 minutes. I had ordered through the app so when I gave them code and mentioned getting upside on friesfree like the app says the cashier started telling me that I had to pay for it when app says I just have to mention it tocashier. If they're not going to honor what the app says then why say it on app. I will go elsewhere where I get better service and they honor what app says. Been there twice in last week but no more with the attitude and bad service I'vereceived. Read more

My boyfriend is a vegetarian and always gets the Impossible Whopper at Burger King. We went there today and ordered an... Impossible Whopper meal and a Whopper Jr meal. The line was very slow, the staff was rude on the intercom. Once we got to thewindow we got our food. We went home and we both got the wrong burgers. He got The Bacon King and I got a double hamburger. Itwas good but all he could eat was the fries. I am very disappointed. I was so mad that I tried to call them but I their phonecircuit was down. I do not recommend. They need better employees! Read more

We came here on 4-27-2022, went through Drive Through to make a big order, there was two women here that was not showing any... normal/decent customer service, and was actually very unnecessarily rude to us, for no good reason. All the food was not hot, orwarm at all, or crunchy or crispy as they should be. FOOD WAS ACTUALLY COLD. MY FRIENDS & I WILL NEVER COME BACK HERE AGAIN. Read more
