Wait time in drive thru is atrocious. Very rarely do you get what you ordered or change back. Or they try to give change on gift... card. They doctor up the soups for some reason and it's not because customers like it that way. Management is horrible and rudeto deal with. There is only 2 really good employees here and I believe they are under 18 so I won't post names. No consistencyin products what so ever. Nevermind the way they treat the staff. Read more

This is the worst tims in grande prairie . Where do i start . They seem to get an order wrong every time we went . Refused to... make me breakfast 1 min before 5 even tho there was nobody behind me in drive thru. So i had to do a loop and then reorder . Nocustomer service here whatsoever . The people running the place are rude . Would give it zero stars if i could . Will never givethis location any more of my service Read more

Day before Yesterday I ordered two nos. 12 grain bagel and Boston cream donut on drive through. When I picked my stuff and... started driving, I realize something is missing. I stopped my car and checked then boston donut was missing. I went back insidestore and waited for employee who served at window and then she came with my donut saying sorry I forgot to put. I wasted mytime for no reason and this tim horton employees do not offer me anything for their carelessness and wastage of time. Read more

Renz went beyond and above, I was in dine-in and dunno what to order but Renz pulled up at the cashier and told me what was new... in their menu. Roasted hazelnut was amazing. This kind of employee should be kept and taken care of. Kudos Renz! Congrats to TimHorton?s cobblestone branch for having this well-trained and professional employee. Read more

The walk in customers get no priority. I stood in line with nobody at the counter for at least a couple minutes. When I finally... did get served my order was not received. The customer who came in after me was served their order first only then did the staffrealize my order was not being made. The food was .. um something. The coffee was cold. But enjoyed hearing about how many partners you had.... talking in... tagalog.... Edited: Worse service ever. They got my order wrong. They probably handed the persons order who was behind me orahead of Me. Read more
