Subway artist was terrific-fast, efficient and friendly! Lots of parking and very clean shop. Great seat and spacious. Some... kind of shade or screening needed on the windows as the afternoon sun shines in the eyes of the artist and reflects off thecounter in customer?s eyes. Read more

Sent my daughter there today to get lunch for 4 of us. While the guy was making one of the chicken subs he was talking about how... bad the chicken is and that it should be thrown out. He was also very put out but having to make so many subs. The peppercornchicken ranch sub was terrible. I didn?t even eat it. He was rude and overall not good at his job. Pulled up to drivthrough, and overall bad customer service.. very rude tone, doesn?t greet us, won?t take my friends order.. we... ended up going in and once again doesn?t greet us or even look at us? he also grabbed my friends money very rudely. Usually I go to this branch and get not bad food, but this time my sandwhich was rolled up into a ball. The salad I got was... brown and I got all the wrong toppings it was the worst salad of my life. Will not go back. :( Read more

Pretty pathetic service. I ordered a breakfast sub toasted and it was as cold as if they pulled it outta the fridge. Then when I... tried to call I spent 20 minutes calling over and over and they refuse to answer the phone. I will never go to this subway everagain. This is awful. I've been to this location a few times and the service is pretty bad. Beyond the usual short responses I get, today I asked for... a pizza sub and he responded as if I asked him to cut his leg off. When I went to pay at the window, he barely made eye contactwith me and didn't say a single word to me, just shoved the machine at me. Read more

Its pretty easy to vilify and make an unpleasant experience seem like the worst thing ever. I wont do that; A review that is... graceful and truthful has a better chance of being heard. I have been to this subway twice now, and both times I have had towait nearly 15- twenty minutes for my sub. This would have been fine if not for my lunch break only being 30 minutes total, sonaturally I was frustrated with the outcome. The second time my sub was fine, but the first time the bread was wet and soggy forsome reason, and I found a few hairs in it. If not for the friendly service of the lady at the drive through, I would havegladly taken my business elsewhere. I believe that these issues are fixable and I suspect it will eventually be corrected(subway is an otherwise decent franchise that I can generally rely on). However, I cannot spare the time to permit thislocations improvement. When it comes down to it, I am not even frustrated, i just simply cant afford the time to go here. Read more
