Staff not friendly and pizza is very expensive for ok quality

Ordered a large and a medium. Said the wait would be 15 minutes. Some guys came in while I was waiting and wanted pizza by the... slice, but didn't want the kind that was prepared. Instead of making them a new pizza, the worker took a slice out of our pizzaand served it. Then he tried to say to me 'the pizza shrunk for some reason' and put in a slice from another pizza (that was notalready made, thus having to cook another). Ordered at 11:50 and ended up out the door with our pizzas at 12:33. By giving theother guys our pizza, it extended our wait 3x and is very sloppy service. Wow what a great pizza. Everything was delicious. I could only save one piece for lunch. Even though they were extremely busy... they took the time to make sure preparations and final presentation were food safe for a celiac. Looking forward to trying allthe pizzas Read more

Needs a better ordering system. Ordered a meal and dessert. They ran out of the dessert I ordered online, they called me 30 mins... after ordered to tell me they had ran out of a type of cheese cake I ordered, I asked to just remove the item from my bill and Iwould just take the meal. I was told I either had to choose a new dessert or take a voucher for a dessert at a later time.Neither of those options feel worth the 15$ I had to spend today for a product I wont be reciving. If I wanted a diffrentdessert I would have ordered it instead, if i wanted dessert another day I would have waited for another day! After picking upmy meal and a diffrent dessert, I got the food home to find out it wasnt even what I ordered!!!! 40$ on food no one ordered! Read more

Really good quality pizza, prices are a bit higher than average but you won't be disappointed by taste, quality or volume as... Ramona's has it all. Called in 9 large pizzas and they were ready to go for the designated pickup time, no hassles or delays.Try to order ahead or go during off hours as the quality of this place can draw a real crowd during peak hours. Pizza was ok but was really really screwed with the chicken wings. Ordered the #2 meal which says 2lbs chicken wings, when i... opened the box at home, i was shocked seeing the amount of wongs so i decided to weigh it, it was only 272 grams of chickenwings with the box. This is just over half of a pound. Also price says 46.95 but was 51.95. Not happy at all. I am curious howthey will make it up to me when i come to the store. Read more
