Nicole totally made our experience here a wonderful one. One of us had dietary needs and she was so good at making sure we got... what we needed. Great meal! We ate in Tractor Jacks, which is the bar part of this restaurant. Inside, there were several tvscreens, a stage set up for karaoke, and several neat items like a tractor and a soap box derby car. Unreal. Terrible. We ordered our meals and waited 1.5 hours for it. Never got it. We were a table of three and a baby. The table... in front of us was a party of 8 or so. Lots of people. They got all their food first and we were told ours was to be right out 3individual times. We asked to just pay for the appetizers we did end up getting and then they said our food was to be right out.Again. So we waited for it to be put in a box since the server said it was being ?put on the plates? and that ended up takinganother ten minutes to apparently just be put in a box. We eat here yesterday and today. Our server both times was Juanita. She was fabulous!!! Friendly, knowledgeable, attentive and... all round excellent server. The food was very good and large portion. Would highly recommend and give them 5 plus, forservice and food. Read more
