Greasy, soggiest KFC I have ever had. Gravy was very odd. Even the popcorn chicken was not cooked right.

Food is never fresh and the gravy is a weird different taste, almost like Swiss chalet gravy. Two thumbs down for not following... the colonels recipe! I have only one complaint and that applies to both of the Grande Prairie locations. Why is it that the chicken is never cooked... enough? It's supposed to be golden, fried, CRISPY chicken. It never is. I don't get it! Other locations can do it. What isthe problem here? Never mind has been now for several years. Ordered a twister combo. Really heavy on the sauce and the chicken in it was soggy for that reason. Fries were also cold.... Ordered by skip and delivered in a timely fashion, on slow days maybe cook things a little more to order. I'd happily wait alittle extra longer for things to be warm and crisp. Read more
Pretty average overall. They had almost no variety of dipping sauce. Great chicken tenders, everything else was pretty sad.
