I had ordered a Mango Magic, and got a Mango Matcha. I asked if I could get that fixed, and one employee was polite and helped... me out. However, the other who took my order was defensive saying I ordered the matcha and made it clear that she was notimpressed with me. Ok so if a place of buisness posts their hours as 8-10 seven days a week (like Jugo Juice in the Eastlink center does)! Do you... think it's ok for them to tell a paying customer that they can't be served because they close in 1 minute, even though it wasonly 9:49? To me that would mean that you are closed at 9:50, and if thats the case POST YOUR DAMN HOURS AS 8-9:50!!! It alsodoesn't seem right that the person working (Her name was Alayna or Layna or Helaina or something close to that) was clearlymaking herself a drink! I know this because there was nobody in line other than me and she was making a smoothie!! This is whathappens when you hire ignorant children to run your buisness!! Jugo Juice you dropped the ball and you have officially lost acustomer! From now on I will be spreading the word about your lack of customer service to as many people as possible!! The staff at this location are friendly and I've enjoyed quite a few smoothies from here in the past. I really like that they're... a convenient snack after using the eastlink! Read more

Good drink. I go there to get a peanut butter protein smoothie. They are really good! Would recommend!
