Only gave 1 star because the meat tasted good, however the cheese was super fake, even faker than Kraft cheese slices (tasted... like plastic), burger was sloppily prepared. Wish they still used tallow instead of seed oils definitely overpriced for what wegot! Read more
Excellent burgers and fries. Very busy at times it seems. I would recommend more staff for dinner times.
Worst ever. I ordered a large fries and the expensive bacon burger with everything on it. To go. I did not look in my bag until... my next stop. Here they apparently didn't have large fry containers or something cause I ended up with a half a bag of fries notcontained, loose in a paper bag, on top of which they place a cup of fries. Needless to say the fry grease in the paper bag wentright thru onto my car seat! Now I have an oil stain. At least the fries tasted good hot. Haha. But the burger, despite having,fried mushrooms, onions, tomato, cheese, pickles,bacon lettuce and everything else they offer...... it had absolutely NOflavour. None. For a 14 dollar burger and a 25$ meal.... awful. I don't know how you run a business like this. Those burgersshould taste amazing. If I wanted a no flavor burger I'd buy from superstore. Not from a supposedly "top buger" chain. Come on,you have like 5 burgers on your menu and fries. How can you screw up on something you do every.single.day. don't eat here... get a McDonald's burger. My first five guys' meals never disappointed me. The potato serving is abundant for a medium size order. The manager on duty... knows his duty very well and his staff are all working in coordination. a fantastic scene to watch while I'm eating my meal. Read more

The staff went out of their way to complete the order as quickly as possible. I would recommend ordering the fries, they load... them up and give you 2-3 times more than anyone else, they also make them fresh. Read more
