Went to this location tonight for dinner. And within the hour was throwing up. Guy at the front had poor service skills and all... around horrible service. Everytime I have ordered the All Canadian Special from AW, they have given me cutlery and napkins. They didn't even give me... napkins at this location. Since when is AW too cheap to hand out napkins? Also got 1 strawberry jam packet and 1 ketchup. Otherstores usually give me 2 strawberry jams and 3-5 ketchup. Young kid in the drive thru needs to stop being so cheap and learn howto properly hand out condiments, cutlery, and napkins. Why ask me how I want my eggs cooked, if you are just gonna cook themeasy? Also if you don't have an item such as the sausage links, please make me aware of this. Don't just blindly substitute myorder without telling me. Pathetic customer service. I'll be going to the other AWs in the future and avoiding this one. Read more
My boyfriend and I were in Grande Prairie over Christmas time and we decided to stop at A &W to grab a burger as I know they do... lettuce wrapped burgers. I am allergic to wheat so I can't eat the traditional buns they use. We came in and the place was superclean and they scanned our vaccination QR codes as soon as we came in. The Supervisor was super nice she helped us at the till.My burger accidentally came out with cheese on it so they fixed that right away. Very impressed with the quality of food at thislocation and the people, I give praise to the supervisor as she was friendly, polite and very informative about their allergenlist. Read more
Terrible cold breakfast. Way to cold to even try and melt butter.. added no syrup. Lady at the window greeted me with $9.53.. i... even said good morning. Nothing back.. went to quickly tap my card and give back machine. She closed the window on me had me sitthere for 5 seconds holding the card machine, while she chatted with her back to me, until i shoved the machine throw thewindow. First and last time here.. Always great place and I love that they don't use processed cheese! Always fresh ingredients and friendly service!
