Order a few blizzards from a lady named Cloe around 3:00 pm on Dec 5 my blizzard was very watery it was more like a milkshake... rather than a true blizzard. Unfortunately these blizzards would of failed the upside down test. We tried it and both failed.Customer service is definitely lacking during the day shift. Will try again and order some more blizzards during evening shiftsee if it makes a difference. Read more

If u actually want your Oder u have to check in the bag and in the boxes before u leave the amount of times I?ve paid for extra... sides and there never included or half my order is missing from the bag. And don?t even think about ordering a chicken basketwith ?fries? it is a sampler not a meal the amount of food that?s in the box is embarrassing. Waste of money on child sizeportions. Tried to order but the girl at the drive thru said she'd take our order in a minute and clearly forgot about us. Tried backing... up and pulling back up to the speaker, nothing. So we drove up to the window. She made eye contact but didn't acknowledge us atall. We watched her take the order of the person who had pulled up behind us a few minutes after we'd been waiting. The coupon for 2 can dine for $ 13.49....they won't substitute the pop for any other beverages. Or they tell you they will but... the till won't do it.. So you end up paying an almost extra 4 or 5 bucks for coffee and did not give us the 2 popbeverages.... That were included We ended up dumping our coffees into other cups from other restaurants because they cups theygive are too short for beverage holders in vehicles and they still have flat lids....
