Sadly this place is always empty, so if you want the whole place to yourself, you're in luck. The vibe is more "wings street" vs... the retro Pizza Hut feel that they're bringing back. They do have a bar. Their salad bar hasn't been open in a while. Staff isnice. Place is clean. Read more

Just went in and ordered bread sticks. Employee who took my order was very courteous. They were done quick and very delicious.
First visit and worst experience in Grand Rapids to date. Will not be returning... Ordered ~$65+ of pizza and wings via... "Curbside" pickup and I had to go in twice, once 5mins late and they told me 5 more minutes and I told them id be waiting in mycar, then 30 minutes later after watching everyone else leave with pizza I had to go back in and the same person asked my nameagain and finally gave my order with no acknowledgement or apology. It was then super salty and we are not picky eaters. I don'twrite negative reviews normally but this was pretty bad experience wise when I expected "Curbside" pizza. Read more

Sent my order in over my phone. Requested a medium pizza - just the way I like it. Had a call almost immediately that they... were out of the medium crust but I could have a large crust instead. I agreed to the change. When I picked it up - it wasperfect. Just the way I like it! Read more
