I was really impressed by this location. The customer service is amazing, everyone is super nice and very friendly! The... atmosphere is great as well, in a nice neighborhood. However, I am knocking a star off for the food. I have never had anythingbad or my order messed up from them, and my order was neatly made (as you know, burgers can be messy!) However, the burger hadno seasoning or flavor. All the items on the burger tasted pretty much the same. That was a minor disappointment, but nothing toget in a fuss over. The order was still coreect. Absolutely horrible treatment. I work for a non-profit so I don?t own a car. I take the bus or ride my bike or walk. I finished... my workout on Monday at 9:10 pm and walked across the street to Wendy?s. They had the dining room locked and when I went to thedrive-thru window they refused to serve me because I was not in a vehicle. So the message they ARE sending is ?if you don?t havea car, we won?t serve you after 9 pm!? Entitled, elitist, unprofessional and downright inconsiderate. This is NOT how founderDave Thomas would have treated a customer. Take a stand and do NOT support a business that only caters to ?people who have carsafter 9 pm!!? Read more

Placed my take out order and went I went to pay, I noticed that they placed the order incorrectly, was supposed to be 2 combo... meals. I mentioned it to the person in the window and she fixed it right away. Got home only to find out they made the orderswrong. The orders were correct on the ticket. So who ever made them made the mistake or just didn't care to read them. Not thefirst time I've had issues at this location, but will be the last time. Read more

Thank you guys for making the best Dave?s doubles, never getting my special requests wrong, and for always being so kind and... friendly! I almost never leave reviews, good or bad, but I?ve been coming to this location for drive through off and on foryears, and I finally had to mention how much I appreciate the consistently positive attitudes of everyone. It looks like some positive changes have been made at this location. The staff culture is more attentive and friendly. The... tables in the lobby are all clean. I have never had any issues with the food, good as always from my experience. Read more

I think Tony is their manager. He was absolutely ???? graceful and kind. They were having computer issues while they had an... order of 60 frosties and Tony was so calm. He is a literal Saint. The team there just did their thing and they were just asamazing. They all deserve a raise (to the owner of the Wendy's). I really hope you take care of your team and treat them with somuch respect. It is not a bad Wendy's. It just needed a little tidying up. Maybe we just missed a busy rush, but it seemed like the dining... room. Was not as clean as it should be and the floor infront of the registers was sticky. My tennis shoes were sticking to thefloor. Read more
