Pulled up to the order box, and waited 5 minutes to be greeted. Ordered a single combo meal. Paid for my food and pulled... forwards to an open window where the employee shouted that the coke was out, even though I had ordered one. She then handed me adrink and my food and walked away. I did not order a diet, and if im willing to wait 5 minutes to order I can wait anotherminute or two while the syrup gets changed in order to get the drink I paid for. My fries are half empty and cold, it seems tome the employees do not care about the customers but at least the sandwhich was made correctly. Read more
I love Wendy's but this location is not the best. We were greeted upon entering, yes. But after that we ordered at the kiosk and... there was a woman at the counter but she basically ignored us as we waited for our food. She seemed to have an attitude & didn'tacknowledge us at all until the food was ready. We did 2 small orders & both our orders were wrong. Wow unbelievable. I figuredbecause we were inside & it wasn't busy things would be right. But no. I think it was screwed up on purpose. NEVER AGAIN!! Read more
Update 2022 part 3: I was planning to write another disappointing review when this piece of magic happened?.I believe my order... of baconator fries has more bacon then fries!!! It?s just time to stop ordering food or going thru the drive thru?s period! I got 3 double stack biggie bags. 3rd drink missing,... and my burgers didn?t have the veggies I asked for. As a matter of fact they were nasty & dry barely enough mayo or ketchup onthem. I guess doing stuff right is not what yall really aim for. Read more
Had to go back up several times to get what we ordered. Never did get the proper size frosty for granddaughter. Burger tasted... like it had been sitting under the heat lamp for quite awhile. Probably won't go back at least to that one. Read more

Wendy?s is one of my favorite fast foods but this location is definitely has worse customer services I have ever experience, my... boyfriend was ordering in the drive- and he had and accent because he?s Hispanic the girl that that was taking the orderstarted making fun of him ???? I was furious cuz I hate bullies , and scream at her since she was being rude . I call them tospeak to the manager and she hang up on me. No one should be treated like that Read more
