They are AMAZING here! A large group of us ate a couple of weeks ago and it was wonderful! Good food, great service, tasty... smoothies, incredible staff and owner. Everyone loved it and is still talking about it. Quality food made with care. A newfavorite! Read more
The kids they hire to work here are always so rude. They take half an hour to make 2 smoothies and 2 quesadillas and then don't... even make the food right and leave out all of the sauces. Called and spoke with the manager who took my name down and agreed toreplace the food that the employees made incorrectly but I still haven't been back for the fix because I don't want to deal withthe eye rolls and attitude from these kids. I know it's just a smoothie shop. And the only people willing to work in that typeof environment with that low of pay, is young kids but come on, get some grown ups in there who know how to serve customersminus the entitlement and attitude and maybe they could turn this place around! Today was my first time trying this place. Everyone who worked there seemed very nice. Truthfully, it was legitimately the worst... sandwich I have ever ordered anywhere, by a landslide. It was nothing like the description. Shockingly awful, had to stop eatingit. I will genuinely never order food here again. Two times we've been through the drive through here, and we've ordered the hummus veggie wrap both times. Both times we've... gotten some chicken wrap. Out of kale apple slaw one time. Next time I am definitely waiting and checking my order in line,even though it will slow down the drive through. I hate being that person but I just don't trust them anymore. I usually try tojust drive away to keep things moving because on top of all this, the service is slow. EDIT: I'm editing my review because myexperiences here have improved and I felt bad. Also I got a $10 coupon from family fare for a smoothie and wrap combo and thatmade me happy. EDIT 2: I believe I've been here maybe 5 yikes at this point. 2 of those times we've gotten wrong wraps, andtoday I just got a wrong smoothie. It's no biggie, but I'm just reviewing. Terrible worst Tropical I have been to. I never review places but the lack of care I consistently receive when I visit this... location is absurd. The last three visits to this location has resulted in subpar food and smoothies with ice chunks andimproperly blended supplements resulting in a low-quality experience. They need to retrain staff to properly blend thesmoothies. Read more
