Decided to give it a few tries before leaving a review - because everyone has bad days, and a review shouldn’t be left on one... isolated incident. Today was my third bad experience at this location, I like getting these smoothies as a treat for my family..they’re not necessarily cheap either. All three times we waited (no line?) for 15-20min for our three smoothies to be made.Today the third drink out the window was mostly crushed ice and I can hardly enjoy it as well as 20% less than the other twodrinks. Was this scraped out from the bottom and thrown in a cup for me? Three tries, three bad experiences. Sorry, therewon’t be a fourth. **Edited to add** Not only huge chunks of ice but also huge globs of peanut butter completely in blended.That was an unpleasant surprise - into the trash it goes! :( Read more
Waited a long time to drink expensive chunky dog water. Thanks. ????. Also did you put my pizza in the box and shake it? My... toppings were all packed into the back and the bread shuffled about. Asked for sweet potatoes side and got regular chips. Imean I ate it, but more out of spite than anything else. Read more
Great smoothie, the edible straws are hard to drink out of, but tasted fine! Was totally worth the $7.
Decent TroSmo in the GR area. They were really busy so the wait was long for a single smoothie. I ordered the berry and oat.... It wasn't too bad. All the smoothies at Tropical Smoothie have a lot more sugar and calories than I like in my smoothies.That's why I prefer beyond juice, smoothie king, planet smoothie, or just about any other smoothie joint. Although I enjoy the smoothies and food they have to offer, this location is really bad at consistency. Smoothies not blended... the same way when made by so many different hands, often being left with ice chunks that not only get stuck in the straw butalso take up volume from what you are supposed to be getting. Food sizes consistently getting smaller and smaller even thoughthe price hasn't. Some days you get a nicely crafted wrap that is filling and tasty. Other days you get near an egg roll sizedone that shouldn't cost as much as a full sized one. Read more
Horrible experience for my FIRST time there. I walk into the location and someone leaving was complaining about there... experience. The crew that worked the shift, did not seem to care and had very short attention spans. I wasn't asking for much.The young man at the register broke off into a random conversation with another employee in the middle of my order. I receivedmy food after a 10 minute wait. Barely melted cheese and the quesadilla I ordered barely had anything on it. I asked for aremake on my plate and they took another 20 minutes to get it done. At this point I asked for a refund, hopefully I get thatback. I do not complain about my experiences anywhere because I understand certain circumstances but this was not it. PAYATTENTION TO THE PAYING CUSTOMER AND MAKE THAT COMPLAINT A PRIORITY. Read more

Very nice place, the smoothies are delicious! The strawberry limeade I think it's called is my favorite one, they also have a... mango drink that is really good as well. Honestly I'm not the biggest fan of the food but there a smoothie place not a foodplace so can't really blame them for that, it's not bad just not my 1st choice, will go all the time just to grab an amazingsmoothie though!
