I went to eat in about 3:30 or 4:00 in the afternoon on Monday September 26. I ordered my food on the kiosk. Went to the cash... register to pay right after my friend got their order. The workers there told me that they were not taking orders. As I wasleaving I overheard someone say that 4 people are leaving because there shift is over. Not angry it is what it is. I went to this location late on a Thursday, and whoever was working the drive thru window on 8/18 was SO amazing! They made sure... we had everything we needed and then some, and had the BEST customer service. Whoever they are, they deserve a raise because itmade for a really good end to the night! Read more

I went through the drive thru at about 6pm. It was very busy but the line did move at a steady pace. The staff that took the... order & presented the order were nice & professional. The tacos were fresh & hot. The funny part of the transaction was I askedthe lady for 2 packs of mild sauce. She said the sauce was already in the bag. When I got home I checked the bag. I?ll say this: there weren?t no meat in my meal and that made me happy. As much as I like stuffing meat into things, that... doesn?t include my food. I?ve got to mention though, that things got sloppy and there weren?t no napkins. That?s why I deductedtwo stars. Not sure what?s up with this store site. One time in the summer I stopped there, someone came up to the car and said that they... were closed, taking a break, what the heck?! ???? Then last week I went there in the early evening during their open hours andthey were closed. No sign, nothing. I understand, maybe they can?t find workers, but they should have a sign saying so. The drive through line was long so I went in and walked up to the counter. I promise you I stood there for 12 minutes and no one... said a word to me. At was 10 minutes easy for sure. 2 ladies walked in and one lady said to her friend that she was going toorder on the kisok. I didn't see it, my fault.
