I ordered breakfast at 10:58am. I really just wish they would have told me that their breakfast hours were over. As I waited... about 20 minutes for my breakfast... I approached the counter and asked what happened to my breakfast, I was beyond being ableto make up my mind as to what I actually wanted at this point. They then gave me back my money and I left hungry andfrustrated. The gentleman who took my order, his demeanor was less than stellar. He was just grumpy. Do not go here. I came in with a few friends for some late night food. Not even 5 minutes after I order the staff is asking me... what I ordered because they didn't keep track of it. When my friends went to order the computers crashed and they took it atfront manually. They forgot yet again, kept asking us what we ordered, and when we told them to look at the receipt they lookedat it, walked away with it, and never handed it to us. The staff was incredibly negligent and unattentive. My friend didn't evenget their drink and the crunch wrap made me vomit. If I could rate lower than one star I would. Do better. Read more

The customer service worker was very prompt at greeting me. However, she was very her demeanor was flat and not friendly like.... My overall service was in good timing which is always desirable. For the amount of staff present and the extremely low volume ofpatrons inside and drive through I feel that the overflowing trash as well as empty condiment containers were highlyunnecessary. If I could give negative stars I would. They purposely take 15 minutes a customer whenever it?s past 11pm at night because they... know it will prevent a line from building because they?re too lazy to work as normal. I waited 70 minutes in a drive through at11:50pm-1am for my order and I couldn?t get out of line because there?s no exit from their drive-thru lane. I?ve worked at tacobell before and even if they ran out of everything I could run this line alone better with no ingredients prepped. Worst TacoBell in the state of MI along with Michigan street in Grand Rapids. Pathetic. Be better. If I could give zero stars I would. When I go through there I am ordering not only for myself but for a vegetarian. I asked them... to separately bag the food. It is not that hard to do. Stuff with meat in one bag, stuff without me in the other bag. Ratherthey throw it all in one bag, do not label a single thing, and then they add another bag for me to separate it. This isabsolutely unacceptable. Take a second and click my name at the top you will see that I don?t leave bad reviews. So if I leave abad review you better believe they deserved it. When I showed my frustration the guy at the window said ?I hear your man? I toldhim no you didn?t because if you heard me the food would be in separate bags I now get to make another stop for something myvegetarian friend will eat. Ordered some Nachos Bell Grande. This is what I got for $4.49. Really disappointed it should have been called Petite Nachos. The... rest of the food was okay but I ordered onions on everything and they put it on nothing. I actually enjoyed the shell on theCantina Taco but would be nice if they offered a non supreme version for a lower cist. But that isn't the restaurant's fault.Service was a little slow considering they only offer Drive thru service. Read more
If I'm being honest, I did not like the vibe at this location. I was just picking up an order at night and there was only two... people that were kind. Many of the staff where rude to the customers or they really weren't paying attention. One staff memberwas extremely short with a customer when they asked if they had nacho fries. That same customer who came in earlier even hadanother staff member be rude to them because the customer was standing there waiting to get their order taken only to be rudelytold that they had to go to the kiosk. It seems like no one behind the counter was paying attention to when a few people walkedin unless they said something. Not only that, but they weren't even paying attention to the ticket order for the pick up I wasgetting. If I hadn't double checked it before leaving, I would have forgotten a few items.
