Came at 7:30 for the clown guy at the drive-through say were closed due to short staffed even though there was 3 people making... subs that i saw through the windows. Sounds like they wanted to get outta there and didnt want customer. This location needs toget shut DOWN. Read more
Stopped at location to go through drive-through window. Asked to come inside as they were very busy inside. Went in to find... there was only one customer being served. Ordered sandwiches only to be told they didn't have necessary meats for standardsandwiches. Did not receive napkins. We literally live around the corner from this location and this is one of many times wehave had problems, but will be the last. We will find another location not as close but service, staffing and meats, breads andtoppings are available. Read more
This is hands down the trashiest and most unprofessional Subway I have ever been to! All of the countertops were dirty, there... were flies around the food, and the staff literally huffed and grunted with every move. The most audacious part of thisexperience was the fact that I go in there in a completely dead environment, only for one of the employees to ask me to handthem a bag of chips from over the counter for another order coming through the drive-through, because they were too lazy to walkaround the counter and grab it themselves. What makes this even worse is that the manager on duty literally let it all happenand threw me out after I told them how not okay and unprofessional that is. I'm sorry, but you are there to get paid to do ajob, not the customers who come in there and pay you for a service, let alone your paycheck. Absolutely terrible management, aswell as employee service. Avoid going here at all costs. As a long time Grand Rapids Local, it is truly not worth the experienceeating at this location. Read more
Do not go to this location, I have never had such a terrible experience at a subway. Staff is rude, doors closed and locked way... before closing time. I was there to just pick up an online order had to wait in drive through line forever, hot subs were cold,bread wasn't cooked thoroughly, none of the toppings were right. I would rather drive an extra 10 minutes to get to a subwaythat cares than ever go back to this one. And this wasn't my first bad experience there, just the last straw. I will take mymo ey elsewhere. I had asked for a crispy bacon sub, employees were quick, efficient, respectful and clean. No coupons is not a problem for me... when I get exceptional service. Will be coming back soon! Read more
Pulled in tonight at 9:55 for a quick sandwich. After waiting a few moments in the drive thru I was finally greeted with "we... are closing in a few minutes". I did respond with, "at this time you are open though", answer no. Check your cameras, willnot be back. Read more
Terrible.. tried to go through the drive-through... was told it was closed. No biggie- went inside. I was the only customer in... there, 3 employees. No one greeted me. Stood at the counter while they chit chatted and slowly put on gloves. Ordered a SpicyItalian Salad- he barely put in any lettuce, and then put WHOLE SLICES OF PEPPERONI, SALAMI AND CHEESE on my salad... didn't cutthem up at all. Then asked if I wanted dressing, I ordered oil and vinega- it was just poured on top of the pepperoni andsalami- the salad was never mixed. I had to ask for a fork- then a napkin. Customer service is non existent at this location. The kid who was behind the counter was on his cell phone for 4 minutes before... deciding to look at me in silence as he put his gloves on. Nobody said a word to me until he asked what I wanted. When cashingout, I was friendly and wished them all a good day despite a very weird and uncomfortable experience and was met with completesilence. My sub was also probably one of the worst I?ve had from subway. I recommend checking out different location. Read more
