This is the worse subway I have ever been to. They constantly get orders wrong, their staff and owner are the most rudest... trashiest people I have ever had to deal with in a customer service setting. I don?t not recommend bringing your service tothem, there is another subway a mile away from this one go to that one instead. Read more
Kind of crazy when the gentleman taking the order has you saying wow he appears to be high. Then you take your food home and... open it, and it is wrong in 3 different ways. Better to avoid this location entirely. The poor reviews are definitely not wrong.Lesson learned Read more
We went to the one on 28th and Eastern tonight. There was only 1 person working and he was amazing!! He was busy but got the... orders exact. When we got home and opened our subs they were the best put together than we ever had!! They were perfectpresentation subs. He was not snippy or irritated even being the only one. i have always had bad experiences here, as they are prone to getting orders wrong, not cleaning knives, and have flies inside.... but monday night over 30 minutes before close we tried to get some food. we tried walking through the drivethru (the lobby wasclosed), and instead of telling us they wouldn?t serve us they listened for over 10 minutes as we tried talking to them throughthe speaker. we were even asking them to please just tell us if they can?t serve us. we went to the drivethru window and theylooked right at us and ignored us.
