Supposed to be open till 9 pm. Showed up at 6:15 pm, lights on, open sign turned off, and door locked. Wasted trip especially... with high gas prices. Won't be coming back to this one. Read more
Bathroom was closed, most of the fountain drinks were out of order, the staff was depressed and sad. Over cut the bread so the... sub fell apart as soon as i picked it up. Also they don't have meatballs. Read more
Just went to pick up subs we ordered online. First of all they?re open til 9 and the doors were locked (it was only 8) we had to... call them to get our order and they brought it to the door. We ordered a meatball sub with pickles green pepper, onions, andcheese toasted. It had no green peppers and onions and was barley even toasted. Not only that but there was maybe 6 meatballson the entire sub with one side having literally 1 meatball .. yikes.. highly do not recommend wasting the money for food youcan?t even order online to get correctly. Do not go to this restaurant. We have about a 50% success rate of actually getting our order from here when we dash or Uber.... Always out of stuff, saying they are closed when the hours states they have another hour to be open. Complete joke of a subway Read more
I've lived in the area for quite some time now and in the recent years service and quality have gone down immensely. They always... have the door locked for some reason. Half of the employees are very rude. Tonight I placed an online order.. they called andtold us there was no mb sub.. asked to replace it with tuna.. told me I had to place an order for that specific sandwhich turnsout the whole order was canceled. When I called them back to confirm I was hung up on then the phone was taken off the receiver.My boyfriend waited there for over 30m. For the duration he was parked there he witnessed 5 people walk up to the door. Everyonewas ignored. I hope the owner sees these comment's and/or cares enough to make a change Read more

Worst Subway Ever! Ordered online only to watch them make the food when I arrived at the pickup time. Got laughed at when they... told me they no longer carry items I had already paid for with no apology, price reduction, or substitution offered. Horrible service, they lady was rude. Every time I go there they?re out of something, first club, then meatball, and now... veggies. How can a place like that run out of veggies, mind you it?s only 12:30 pm, should?ve been plenty of veggies cut up andready to serve.
