Always so slow and backed up. You would think waiting in line 25 min between ordering and the window, that your order would be... done, but you would be wrong. One person taking orders through the drive thru and another just standing there socializing withcustomers at the window and handing out drinks. Why are these separate positions at this location? Why isn't one of them helpingmake drinks so the wait time isn't 30 full min? My order was right, that's about all the good I can say about this location. Read more

I have a severe allergy to dairy products especially any form of milk from a cow so I always order my drink to have oatmilk... instead which has an extra charge. I ordered my usual drink and went to work to find to my unpleasant surprise that I startedhaving severe allergic reactions due to the employee putting the wrong product in my drink. Unfortunately there is no way for meto taste the difference until my body showed me otherwise forcing me to have flu like symptoms during my 12 hour shift. I willnow plan on driving further out of my way to a different location than this one off of 196 and Fuller if I ever choose topurchase from Starbucks again due to my fear of the employees at this location possibly giving me or someone else with a dairyallergy the wrong product causing me pay over $8 to just get super sick again. This is one of my favorite Starbucks. We visit many in a 500 radius and the Fuller Starbucks consistently has speedy service,... the best workers, amazing attitudes, and never make us feel awful for our well edited and picky orders. They always have thebest humor and happily hand our Doberman and Dachshund their pup cups through my back window right to them. Read more
