The way they treat Uber and door dash drivers is despicable! Everytime I attempt to go here the order is already over 20 minutes... old. When you ask about the order they get an additude right away and it's really uncalled for. Despite it being an Ubercustomer they deserve the same treatment as drive thru or walk in. The employees prioritize drive thru and walk in over deliveryorders and it makes the delivery late. I have never successfully picked up an order from this store for the customers. I have noissue at any of the other Starbucks in the area. It was 27 minutes old when I left and every time I asked for a time frame theemployees basically verbally shamed me for asking about it and said they would get to it when they get to it. The customer endedup waiting even longer in the end because I left to take other delivery offers. The employees behaviour is uncalled for. Theyare the ones taking so long it's not my fault they are too slow and I'm just trying to get the customers order to them. 27minutes old when I left so they had nearly a half hour to prepare 3 lattes. Unacceptable. Rude. Unprofessional everytime I willrefuse all offers from this store. What a joke. Read more
I enjoyed my experience. I was greeted after entering the facility. Had no idea what I wanted but was up for the challenge. I... was off a drink that was in season and it was amazing "to me". The interior design is very open and modern in my perspective.All staff were active and friendly. The venue was clean. If I was being nic peaky the baseboard and dust in vents needattention. I was refused service at my favorite star bucks today. I walked with my daughter to get a coffee but the dining room was closed... so we waited by the drive through ordering sign. After waiting 5 minutes and helloing at the speaker we figured we were ignored,so we walked to the window and waved to a worker inside. It was a slow spell with no cars around so I thought they just hadn?tnoticed us. They were ignoring us on purpose because we weren?t in a car! They said it was against company policy to serve walkup ppl. They wouldn?t take my money and they wouldn?t let me in the door in the front?so we walked home. Wow! Read more
I ordered a caramel macchiato ahead of time because I was in a rush. Not only did they have it ready ahead of the scheduled... time, but they fixed my order! I accidentally ordered a hot drink when I wanted an iced one, and they happily (and quickly)remade it without an additional charge. Even though I had made the mistake, they were happy to correct it and did so in a verytimely manner. It?s the little things in life! Read more
You know how McDonalds has the ice cream machine that is always broken? Their ice cream machine is more reliable than the back... stock this store keeps. I have been a customer here since they opened and not once have been able to get oat milk in a drink. Atthis location I have waited 30+ minutes for a mobile order on more than one occasion. At one point, I had to leave or I would belate for a meeting and my drink was not ready. The worker told me to call the store and they?d give me a refund. I called, lefta message. Called again, left another message and finally gave up, never hearing back. About 6 months ago I started driving 15minutes out of my way to avoid this location and have talked with others in my area who are beginning to do the same. Read more

I got engaged ???? and was grabbing my daily Starbucks as usual. And I asked for a drink inspired by being engaged or something... bridal inspired. Not only did they get my actual favorite drink but they gave it to me on the house. No charge! I was alreadyso happy about my engagement and now a free Starbucks drink too! Best day ever. This Starbucks is unionized, so it's the only one I plan to visit until more join their ranks. Staff were friendly and helpful,... and the food and drinks were great. Read more
