Long time and frequent customer of this Starbucks. The customer service has been lacking recently. Staff fails to acknowledge... customers and instead carries on with personal conversations. Also, multiple times I have placed a brewed coffee order and theyhad absolutely no coffee brewed and I had to wait for them to brew. A sense of urgency would go a long way. Read more

Baught the Carmel macchiato and it was good always love specialty coffee's
Coffee is great friendly ppl.
Located inside the D&W Fresh Market. Plenty of seating with power outlets. Free store-provided wifi.
Pros: great customer service. Cons: people will cut in front of you in line.
Our barista was Faith and she did a wonderful job! Would love to see her again! ?? Made our drinks up super quick and perfect!!
