Poor service and drive thru staff poor attitudes!! Worst service by far. I would never refer anyone to this location.
The people there are almost always really nice and polite!
They got the order right and everything but the older woman at the cashier was impatient and was not as curteous as most... Starbucks employees. In short, a little rude. I kinda felt bad for her coworkers and I hope she didn't hold a managerialposition. Read more
This Starbucks is located on GVSU's PEW campus. It serves a variety of drinks both hot and cold. There is lots of seating but... watch out for busy times of the day as most of them will be used by college students. Service is fast so it makes a great placeto stop on your way to or from class! This Starbucks is perfect for students and those on the GVSU Pew campus. Do not expect to swing by on your way to work however,... lack of free parking and the often long lines would be an inconvenience. Read more
