If you like “UNPROFESSIONAL” this is the place for you. Very unorganized and rude. Food was disgusting. Olives tasted like... they were soaked in sewer water, chicken was insanely dry, same for the tacos. Also, a lovely hair was sitting in my potatoskins. I called and made a complaint and the response was WHAT DO YOU WANT!!! Being yelled through the phone. I kindly asked fora refund or FRESH food and was put on hold for over 10 minutes and was told in return they could give me a pizza. After spending70 dollars, I don’t believe that was fit. When I tried to voice my opinion I was yelled at and cussed at some more. I willnever return again and I highly suggest you don’t order from here! AVOID THE STOMACH ACHE! Read more
Had the Stromboli for the first time, and it was awesome and delicious!!! So big, I can have 2 meals, and the fried mushrooms... are always delicious. The gentleman who delivered was very sweet. My grandson always loves his pizza. Read more

When I called to order the gentleman Eric who answered was absolutely delightful and helpful, I was excited to get our pizza... just by how cool he already was!!! My husband went and picked up, he said the customer service (a girl) was also super nice!! Socustomer service was Supreme!!!! And as suspected the food was super YummY!!!! The Karen of Pizza. Their Alfredo pasta sauce smells and tastes like canned toilet water. When I called rinaldis for an error... on the order they did not listen and rather talked over my voice. This was my first time trying Rinaldi Pizza and Sub's and I was very disappointed. I got the Manicotti with garlic bread and... fried mushrooms. The online ordering system had the garlic bread as an addon to my dinner for 3.50. Upon getting to the placeand looking at the menu its suppose to only be 2.00. The garlic bread itself did not taste like any garlic was on it and wasvery bland. The Manicotti was very watery and also very bland. The only thing that was half decent was the fried mushrooms. Allin all not worth the $23 I paid for my meal and I will not be going back. Read more
