I had a great time here, 1st time going to Qdoba and will definitely be adding it to my lunch time meals to bring back to the... office. The food was amazing and the service was even better. Liz was such a great help to me and helped me order and even tellme what she likes, she was such a model employee and just amazing. I can?t wait to come back again! Read more
I went there for lunch and they only have couple of people working and can only do online orders. I order online and waited long... time for my food. Many more people who ordered waited longer then me. The staff moved a turtle speed. If you have anything to dodont go there :( Read more
Will not go to this location again. The managers at the store are rude and do not care about helping. They are too busy and very... dismissive. After having placed and order online I arrived and was informed they didn't have two of my items. I asked for arefund as I couldn't do it online. Clarence the manager was unwilling to take a minute of his time to help resolve I was ignoredafter I had asked for the refund and they said they would handle it later that night but wouldn't give anything to reassure meit would be done. There were two nice front staff employees who were kind and willing to help but they didn't have the abilityto do refunds. Clarence should not be a manager if he is unwilling to help and puts his people in positions they cannot solveissues. I called back the next day as I had not yet seen the return on my card. I spoke to Clarence and he said it would bereturned in 3 to 5 business days. He again was very dismissive and rude. He said he and his general manager saw my feedbackthrough the Qdoba review and his GM agreed with him on how he handled the situation. Curious if the front line employees feelthe same way and if they felt supported by him. My recommendation is that you avoid this location at all cost because they don'thave items for your order, the staff is visibly in high anxiety and there is no form of quality leadership to help make it anenjoyable place for customers or by appearance their employees. Not entirely sure if someone just thought they would make half the order and then throw whatever else together, but my partner... and I both received bowls that were basically a weird blend of both of our orders lol. Strangely enough this happened the lasttime we ordered, but from a different location in town. Pretty disappointing but we?ll just know from now on to not do onlineorders. I ordered online for the first time and it was the biggest mistake! I ordered my 3 cheese nachos and put notes in for extra... shredded cheese and extra sour cream?. They didn?t do either of those. It had a sprinkling of cheese on top, not to mention Iordered steak with extra steak and I got rock hard chewy nasty steak! Maybe 6 or 7 little chunks. This has to be the slowest Qdoba location of all time. Like it is impressive how long it takes to get your order. From the time... we started ordering our food to when we got our food (2 people, nachos) was over 10 minutes. Edit to add- the whole experiencewas 25 minutes from walking in to walking out with a carry out order. When we arrived there was 1 person ahead of us who orderedNachos. We have tried 4-5 times coming here and every time is like this. I think we are done with this location. The employeesare rude, disengaged and apparently have no management. The restaurant is dirty, they are always out of things? it is bad. Qdobaought to consider closing this location until new management can be put in place and a complete revamp done. Read more
