This place absolutely slaps. The concept is simple, burgers and dogs, but the owner is a culinary whiz kid who incorporates... unique flavors and toppings to make their food stand out. If you?re looking for a healthy lunch look elsewhere, but if you justwant some inventive, yummy, perfectly greasy, burgers, fries, and dogs this is the place. I am slightly worried that the ownerhas lost his mind? I mean he is charging only about 6 bucks for a burger in downtown GR!!!! How is that sustainable? These could be the absolute best chili cheese fries I've ever had. The hot dogs are generously covered with great toppings, and... are amazing. Very, very highly recommended. Amazing food. Update for July 2022. Had the fried bologna sandwich at lunchtoday...changing things up a bit from the standard chili cheese fry and hot dog ritual It was sofa king good. This was our first time at One Stop Coney Shop. We got the chance to meet the owners, and they are the loveliest couple. The... food was phenomenal, as I?m writing this review in between my two dogs. We got Korean Corndogs, a BBQ Ripped Dog and a ChiliCheese Dog. The fries are unreal and you HAVE to literally try every single sauce they have. The garlic ketchup, curry ketchupand Mayo, spicy Mayo - unmatched. It takes a lot for me to put down my food to write a review and this was 150% worth it. Willbe coming back time and time again! I promise to revisit this place! I was impressed with the flavor profiles of the Chicago dog, cheeseburger, and fries. All of... it, delicious and reasonably priced. Well worth the drive from the Westside of Grand Rapids. I recommend the reader to stop into say hello and grab a bite to eat. I am confident you will not be disappointed. Happy eating. Enjoy! Can?t say enough about this place. First time trying and the Chicago and Detroit dogs were awesome. The fries were delicious as... well. Don?t forget the garlic ketchup for dipping! Can?t wait to try more of their menu. Will be coming back for sure! Read more
Great joint for specialty dogs and smash burgers! I recently got the Chicago dog and it was almost exactly like I've had in... Chicago, very tasty. The fries come in a brown paper sack with the grease soaking through to give that old school burger jointvibe. Great spot. Read more
Great first visit. Food was excellent ????. I had the Korean corn dog, interesting, I liked it. Wife had a kraut dog, she loved... it. Belgian fries were awesome. Limited seating inside and the grill is overpowering, grease wafting thru the air in theirsmall space. Didn't come for the atmosphere. ???? Worth a visit if you haven't been. We'll be back. Read more
