I ordered 2 dozen Bundtinis for delivery. One box was fine, the other looked like the picture I have attached to this review.... There were only 2 that were presentable. I called the store and they only offered me a store credit for another dozen Bundtinisat some point in the future. No email confirmation or anything in writing so I have some kind of proof that I have a credit. Theappropriate response would have been to credit my card back the amount of one box. The only reason I'm giving 3 stars is becausethe Bundtinis were very good and also the delivery person was nice enough to call and see if we wanted to pick them up or haveher leave them on our porch since we were not home. Watch out if you order delivery. So disappointing this is how their productcame. ***EDIT: I received an email from the owner confirming they would credit me 2 dozen bundtinis at any time. I decided touse the credit this weekend and they were delivered. None were tipped over/dropped. I'm adding another star for the customerservice, and willingness to make it right. Read more

I?ve had a few experiences with NBC including them making all of the cakes for our wedding (which were delicious and perfect!),... but the last encounter was by far the best. On Friday, out of no where, the NBC delivery van comes rolling up and the deliverydriver hands me a bag of delicious mini Bundt (cup)cakes. I asked what it was for and she responded saying something to the factof, ?we just wanted to give you a treat!? It?s such an easy and small gesture but it speaks to the character of the Grand RapidsNothing Bundt Cakes location. You made my employees day and everyone loved them! On Wednesday I ordered a cake to be delivered for bosses day. I was worried it wouldn't arrive because there was no place to... pay for a delivery fee. They didn't charge one. Everyone here is talking about how good this pumpkin spice cake is. I amalready planning on when I can order again and the company is considering ordering some for are all employee meeting.
