I placed a mobile order using my points/rewards. I get to the window, the system goes down. They say they can only process my... order when the system comes back. After waiting a while, I go ahead and cancel in the app. The app tells me it's cancelled.However, the manager on duty goes ahead and process my order for FULL PRICE on everything. I tried to explained that it wasincorrected since first, I had used my rewards. Secondly, I had cancelled in the app. I ask for the order to be reversed. Themanager did not care to listen. Refused to reverse the order. On top of that, the entire kitchen came to the window to tell me Iwas wrong and there was nothing they would do for me. I asked for the managers name, the kitchen, with a sarcastic tone, tellsme they have no names. They were all rude, unprofessional and highly UNTRAINED in customer service. They should be NEVER infront of a customer. It is unacceptable that your community gets treated like this - without any integrity! I have been to manyMc Donalds around the world - I never had such a disrespectful experience like the one in my own community. The food was alright but the inside was disgusting. The tables weren?t wiped down. A few other customers including myself had to... wipe our own table down. I went to go change my baby and the changing table was wet with who knows what and had blunt rementsleft on it. Read more
I usually leave good reviews for businesses. Typically even if my order isn't 100% correct, as long as service is decent I leave... good reviews. Service was awful, no exaggeration, rude, short irritated answers. Then next, did not receive even close to thecorrect order. Lastly, 6 drinks ordered, bad attitude received when I asked for drink carriers, then received no straws. Read more
This is not my first 1 star review for this location. Ordered a deluxe crispy chicken sandwich & got a regular crispy chicken... sandwich instead. When I went back to have it corrected they told me I had to pay the difference even tho I used a free anysandwich coupon. When I told them I'm not paying the difference bcs it was entered in wrong, they threw my burger in the bagupside down and with zero respect so it looked like this when I opened it. Went late at night, and it was hectic as hell. There was an illegal car parked, blocking parent of the drive thru, causing much... confusion. Everyone thought only one lane was open until one car found out otherwise. We soon went from being second in line tofifth. It's nice to have a place still open late, but it's obvious they need more staff. Read more
