Ordered 2 famous bowl combos at 4pm on 12/1/22. And didn?t receive fries with my combo so went back around thru the drive thru. ... I said I didn?t receive the fries with my combo. They proceeded to be rude and said ?oh you have to specify which combo youwant?. No one asked when I ordered which combo I wanted and I didn?t even know there was 2 different combinations. Very upsetat the unprofessional crew members. Made no effort to offer a solution. Just played stupid. Read more

Very friendly staff!!! The chicken was salty on the outside, but it was super juicy, tender and delicious!!! Coleslaw was... super delicious!! Mashed potatoes were super yummy!! And this beautiful young lady was extremely nice and kind!!!! Read more
Abnormally slow; certainly not fast food. Two customers in the drive thru left before I did the same. Didn?t get my food after a... 20+ minute wait for only a KFC bowl lol. Most likely will not be returning. Read more
The food was tasty and about what I expected, but not all that impressive compared to other places available. Seems a bit... overpriced. I guess I got spoiled living in Texas a few years - Church's Chicken puts KFC to shame. Read more
Just picked up a late lunch for my wife and I. I was unhappy to find out when I got home, that both our meals were wrong. Asked... for two sides, only got one each. Ask for one original recipe and one extra crispy, both came out with original recipe. Thewoman taking my order repeated it all back, and I was confident that my order had been heard and understood. So on this day, Iwas disappointed with this locations service. So it might be awhile before I go back again. Read more
Hit or miss if they have chicken in stock and have trouble following instructions. Asked for no ice large soda and got a medium... with ice. Had to wait 10 min (they said 5) for them to make the biscuits and the still shorted us 2. Didn?t give us a receipteither. This is not the first time having these issues, I think I?ll get deli chicken at grocery stores moving forward. Read more
This is the second time I've had an issue with this location messing up my order, but this time was really frustrating. Things... happen, but they gave me the wrong order and knew about it when I came back through the drive thru. Despite me also showing itto them, the guy demanded it back before giving me the other order (if they re-used it that's disgusting) and was seriouslyrude. Then when I asked for my fries he told me it wasn't a meal (I said meal twice and had it repeated back to me when Iordered). I left without my fries but I'm still irritated over this experience.
