Ordered 2 famous bowl combos at 4pm on 12/1/22. And didn?t receive fries with my combo so went back around thru the drive thru. ... I said I didn?t receive the fries with my combo. They proceeded to be rude and said ?oh you have to specify which combo youwant?. No one asked when I ordered which combo I wanted and I didn?t even know there was 2 different combinations. Very friendly staff!!! The chicken was salty on the outside, but it was super juicy, tender and delicious!!! Coleslaw was... super delicious!! Mashed potatoes were super yummy!! And this beautiful young lady was extremely nice and kind!!!! Read more

This is the second time I've had an issue with this location messing up my order, but this time was really frustrating. Things... happen, but they gave me the wrong order and knew about it when I came back through the drive thru. Despite me also showing itto them, the guy demanded it back before giving me the other order (if they re-used it that's disgusting) and was seriouslyrude. Then when I asked for my fries he told me it wasn't a meal (I said meal twice and had it repeated back to me when Iordered). I left without my fries but I'm still irritated over this experience.
