AMAZING!! I had the Epi fry curry, not too spicy but you do get a hint of spice. What a hidden gem! One of our favorite meals during our entire trip! We ordered the chicken katsu curry, the smoked salmon and... the crab/tuna kimbaps, and all 3 were delicious and above expectations. The kimbaps were much larger than expected andequivalent to the size of small burritos. The chicken katsu was super tender and flavorful, and came with a yummy mini bowl ofmiso soup. Service was fast, friendly, and the eating area was exceptionally clean and modern. 5 stars all around! Read more
Katsu with curry is tasty. Hope it have more rice. Katsu is tender and juicy, my girlfriend really like the smoke salmon roll,... even we ordered smoke salmon and egg sandwich. The place is clean and you can see the kitchen. Read more
The people I went with liked what they got but I really didn?t like what I got. I ordered the salmon kimbap and the crab inari.... The inari was sweeter than I was expecting it to be. It was kind of soggy. The kimbap was more enjoyable but I don?t eat meat soI probably wouldn?t return just for that. Read more
Amazing lunch at KCM today. They have so many great items on the menu. I wanted to try them all, but settled on splitting 3... different meals. Each item had layers of flavors and textures to keep you wanting to go back in for another bite. The staff arefriendly and the restaurant is really clean. Highly recommend! Read more
I drove through Grand Rapids recently, and it was my first time ever visiting the city. I mean this with no intention of... insulting the fine town of Grand Rapids, but I didn?t expect much in the Asian cuisine category. I stopped by a Korean marketfor essentials, and then swung through Gaslight Asian Kitchen and then KCM. I ordered the chicken Katsu Curry, and holy cow,it?s better than any chicken katsu in my city, which has an exponentially larger Asian population than Grand Rapids. I wasinstantly humbled.
