Got the wrong order even though we went in store at a slow time. Employees were pac and when I called to complain that my order... was wrong the manager could have cared less. 3 times now my order has taken over an hour for delivery and I work less than 2 minutes down the street. they always forget... things and never apologize. today I called asking where my order was. I was missing my meeting and needed my food so I askedwhere it was, the guy on the phone was extremely rude, cutting me off and lied. he said my food was out for delivery, i told himthat the tracker has said that for 20 minutes and im right down the road, again he cut me off and wasn?t listening. i ended uphanging up because he was making me mad. i plan on calling back and asking for a refund because they forgot things and he wassuper rude.
