As others have mentioned I've had delivery from here take well over an hour. Also Sometimes unreliable for pickup orders -... customizations to sandwiches (like no mayo,, add peppers) all ignored. And today all our drinks were warm and flat as their icemachine was broken :( Read more
1. I waited over 35 minutes for delivery 2. Called the store after 20. Was informed they are short staffed. 3. Delivery driver... showed up, blocked the middle of the road and did not get out of her vehicle. Very very lazy. Very rude. Acted as if we were aninconvenience. 4. Contacted the store to advise them we were missing an item, were treated horribly. 5. Contacted Jimmy John'scorporate. 6. Waited an hour for response 7. Was advised they cannot refund on missing item. Only give credit or a gift cardfor future visit. STEER CLEAR OF THIS STORE PERIOD. IT IS A DISASTER THAT YOU SHOULD AVOID AT ALL COSTS. IF I COULD GIVE THEM-20 STARS I WOULD. Update: had to text the manager or owner to advise I had not received my cards. Was advised on Saturday that"they would take care of it Monday. " Received a text stating "they cannot help me out." DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES GO TOTHIS JIMMY JOHN'S. THEY WILL NOT REFUND YOU OR GIVE YOU PRODUCT CREDIT. STORE IS A JOKE. Read more
Changing my review because I decided to give this place a try one last time and it was perfect. Seems like they made some... changes and hired some really good employees! Took them only 10 minutes to get here compared to an hour last time(I live 4minutes from their location) Definitely impressed!???? thanks guys! Read more
Very friendly workers and super clean facility. Sort of a cool location even though that makes it a little harder to get to than... most fast food restaurants. Food is always freaky fast at the Jimmy John's that I have been to, and this one is up to thatstandard. Overlooks the park by the river so it has a good view and area if you're eating there. I order from this location quite a bit. Food is always great, drivers are always quick and friendly. Tonight delivery was taking... longer than usual (it's cool stuff happens) but I was pretty impressed the manager called me to let me know it was running lateand the free cookie was a nice touch! :) Read more
I order from this particular Jimmy John's at least once a week for delivery and am always very happy. Freaky Fast delivery... indeed! Bread is always fresh and friendly drivers. This particular JJ's doesn't appear in Yelp otherwise I would leave apositive review there too! Read more
