I live a little more than a mile away and you can?t deliver? kindof ridiculous. There?s literally 3 Jimmy Johns within 3 miles... of me and no one delivers. Pay your people more and make a bigger map. Disappointing. I?ll just go to a different sub place. Read more
Our son ordered delivery from the Monroe St location and never received his food. When he called he was told that it was... delivered and they were closed now. Hours later he received a call from the person it had actually been delivered to (his numberwas on the receipt). The driver delivered to the wrong address. The next day my husband called the Monroe St location to ask fora refund. The ?manager? gave him the run around. Everything from saying there was no such order, even though we have screenshots, to our son ordering wrong, again we have screen shots, to telling him they don?t do refunds. When my husband asked forthe owners name and contact info, he was hung up on. He called back, and the manager hung up on him again. They then stoppedanswering the phone when he called. Our 16 year old son used his own money and he tipped very well, he never received his food.He deserves a refund. Read more

It took 50 minutes for my sandwich to be delivered. I called when it had been 40 minutes and all I was told was "sorry, they... should be there soon." By the time I got it delivered, it was soggy and a mess. I frequently order from this Jimmy Johns but Ihave never had such bad service. Read more
Great place to grab a quick bite to eat, conveniently located in the heart of downtown, amongst all the hustle and bustle! I... work downtown and order from these guys all the time, between their delivery bikers/cars or just walk up on a leisurely strollon my break. Very quick, in and out. While "Frwaky Fast" isn't what they advertise anymore, they definitely get ya taken careof with a quickness at this location. Friendly staff, clean store, delicious food, they even do catering for private parties,office meetings, events and get together! (Be sure to call ahead of time tho!) This location is probably one of the fewfranchises that I don't have any issues with. 10/10 will contue to go here. Thank You! Read more
